Feb- May Duty  Collection of Affiliation fees per NEC Member  Collect outstanding NEC affiliation from members of the National Executive as was agreed at the Hand Over meeting

Feb- May Duty  Collection of Affiliation fees per Branch Communicate to BEC about payment of affiliation fees as discussed at the leadership conference (R ) Letter to reach all Provincial Treasurers by February

Feb-July Duty Merchandise sales and Merchandise Levy  Obtain Quote from Best Clothing as well as Barrons Clothing for Hoodie to be advertised extensively through WhatsApp, Facebook as well as other social media platforms. Targeted at uniting ACTS on a national level as well as increasing visibility of ACTS and our unity as a family. Mark-up proceeds to go to ACTS account.  ACTS clothing to be sold at Provincial as well as National gatherings will have an additional levy charged at R10 per item to be able to fund various campaigns

Feb-July Duty Appeal to kind nature of previous ACTS members in accepting cash or in kind donations  Alumni assistance: sign up for debit order. Work with Alumni Officers

Feb-June Duty Organize national cake sale  Speak to PPC across various Parishes where monthly cake sales can be hosted and proceeds thereof go towards ACTS national account.

Feb-July Duty Donors Speak to Catholics as well as organizations across various platforms to assist financially or in kind when it comes to outreaches as well as ACTS activities at Branch, Provincial and National level.

Feb Duty Fee structuring for National Conference  Set up and facilitate collection of funds for the National Conference to be held in the Western Cape. Structure to include deadlines as well as possible setting up of debit orders on a monthly basis once the final amount is made available
