Saving your work The FIRST TIME Click “file”
Saving your file the first time cont… 1) Click “Save As” 2) Select “Computer” 3) Select “Browse” 4)Scroll down to your username (H:) and select it 5) Name the file 6)Hit “Save”
Naming your file Your file should ALWAYS be formatted like this: LastnameFirstnameAssignmentPeriod#.pptx Ex. SnowJohnInsanityDefense7.docx
