Early Years Helen got ill and that effected her to be death and blind. Helen’s father took her to Washington D.C. Helen went to a lot of doctors. When Helen wanted something and she didn’t get it she would scream and cry. She also had a mom, dad, and a sister named Mildred. When Helen was one in a half she had a Scarlet Fever.

Middle Years Helen learned how to speak English, French, and German. Helen went to college for people like her its called Radcliff College. Helen got a teacher to help her communicate her teacher’s name was Ann Sullivan. She started working with people who are blind. When Helen was ten she started writing poems and stories, and reading.

Why this Person was Famous Helen was famous because she was blind She also was famous because she was death. Helen was a hero to lot’s of people. She wrote some books and one of her books called The Story o f my Life is a famous book.

Why I Chose this Person I choose Helen Keller because I already knew a lot about her. I really wanted to learn more about her. She was a hero to lots of people. I really think that she is a good biography.

Timeline Helen Keller was born in Tuscoumbia Alabama June 27 th Helen learns her first words in1887. Helen finishes college in Helen begins making speeches for death and blind people. Helen died a few years later in1966 at the age of 88.
