Having a Transcript Sent to a College Go into the “Colleges” tab in Naviance. Go to the section called “colleges I’m applying to”. If requesting a dean letter of recommendation, complete the FERPA section. Click on the “add to this list” tab and lookup your colleges. Go back to the “colleges I’m applying to” tab and click on the “request transcripts” tab. Add the same colleges you listed under the “add to this list” tab. After completing the above steps, complete the transcript request form available in the Student Services Office and turn it in to Ms. Coffman. Your transcripts will not be sent without this step. Pay any necessary transcript fees. Your first three transcripts are free, and all others are $3 each.
