Communication Plan Objectives 1.Provide framework for a unified message across the three organizations 2.Support accomplishment of project goals 3.Inform of efforts/successes 4.Engage workforce in finding opportunities 5.Manage the rumor mill

Central Messages By taking proactive steps to eliminate waste and grow volume we are controlling our own destiny Collectively, our organizations can do more to impact the challenges before us We are leaders in our respective fields and we have a strong track record of finding opportunity in change
