Can you think of a situation when people are never satisfied with the simple joys of life? Explain. Can you think of a situation when people always claim to know what should be done but never risk anything to do it? Explain.

Terms to Know FABLE: a brief story in prose or verse that teaches a moral or gives a practical lesson about how to get along in life MORAL: the lesson about what to do, or not to do, to succeed in life AESOP: famous Greek fable writer who lived more than 2,500 years ago
