Introduction In this project, we propose a business plan for developing a e-information system of health care sectors. Based on the web services technology, our system is enabled the related users to access the necessary information and process tasks under safety, efficiency anywhere and any times.

More specifically, the healthcare sector (hospitals, offices and clinics, and other healthcare delivery services ) is particularly sensitive to and focused on enhancing the productivity of mission-critical personnel, reducing inefficiencies and redundancies in clinical and administrative operations, eradicating medical errors, and securing patient safety.
