Increase Schedules in Productivity: CAD: Set & MaintainStandards: AutomaticCoordination: In each building construction project, Mechanical and Electrical Engineers and Designers specify equipment and devices unique to their discipline. ESCHED© and MSCHED© software establishs a link between the Electrical and Mechanical Schedules. This automatically coordinates the equipment. Modifications to equipment are automatically checked and incorporated into the schedules. ELECTRICAL and MECHANICAL ENGINEERING SCHEDULE SOFTWARE AutoCAD® or MicroStation®, Insert, Update, Compare and Delete any Schedule! Schedules remain current in the Construction Documents! EFACTOR ©, LumiList © and MFACTOR © allow your company to set and maintain Company and Client Standards. Template Schedules containing frequently used information for various types of projects can be created. Increase Productivity, through Automatic Coordination and Maintain Quality. ESCHED, EFACTOR, ESTANDARD, LumiList, MSCHED & MFACTOR empower Mechanical & Electrical Engineering Consulting Companies to Set & Maintain Standards, utilize Automatic Calculations and achieve Coordination.

Distribution CenterSwitchboardMotor Control CenterTransformerPanelboard ESCHED can automatically indicate all Mechanical Motors and Equipment equipment from MSCHED. Engineers and designers can quickly connect Mechanical Motors and Equipment to Panelboards or other electrical devices. The Schedule automatically updates, when used with MSCHED, if any Motors or Equipment changes. Automatic Motor & Equipment Schedules ELECTRICAL SCHEDULES ESCHED Standard Equipment Schedules ESCHED provides industry standard schedules ready for project information.

ELECTRICAL SCHEDULES ESCHED ESCHED tracks all Connected, Demand, Continuous and Non Continuous Loads in your electrical system. Computed and Demand Loads are automatically updated. Demand Types are based upon the N.E.C. The Largest Motor and its connection, is indicated in each schedule. Continuous Load Analysis Evaluate and easily Process the Shop Drawings in each project. Track Shop Drawings Utilize Project Setup to Maintain Company and Client Standards. Company & Client Standards

ELECTRICAL SCHEDULES ESCHED Automatic Feeder Schedule ESCHED creates a Feeder for each connection between devices, like a Distribution Center to a Panelboard, in your distribution system. All initial and default information, including the Base Ambient Temperature, the Conductor Material, the Conductor Insulation Temperature, the Conductor Insulation Type, the Derating Factor, and the Maximum Voltage Drop percent is set in the Project Setup. Open the Feeder Schedule, type in the feeder Length, and the feeder schedule is ready! Engineers/Designers can modify individual Feeders to meet the installation requirements!

LIGHT FIXTURE SCHEDULES LumiList Light Fixture Schedules LumiList enables your company to establish and maintain standard luminaire schedules. Lighting Engineers and Designers create and Company and Client Standard Fixture Lists. Using ESCHED, designers and engineers select light fixtures from these Company and Client Fixture Lists to create Project Specific Light Fixture Schedules. Each Fixture in the Standard Fixture List can have one or more PDF’s attached. This enables designers to quickly print out the project’s “Cut-sheets” at any time!

MECHANICAL SCHEDULES MSCHED Set and Maintain Company & Client Standards. Utilize Project Setup to Select the STANDARD, choose the DRAWING SIZE, control the INPUT/OUTPUT for the Units of Measurement, and assign the TEMPERATURE DESIGN CRITERIA. Select the REGION, STATE or PROVICE and CITY….. …..and the TEMPERATURE DESIGN CRITERIA for the City is automatically indicated! Change the REGION, STATE or PROVICE and CITY….. …..and the TEMPERATURE DESIGN CRITERIA for the City automatically changes! Select the project STANDARD. Select the DRAWING SIZE. Control the Units of Measurement. Control the Output to CAD.

This selection indicates that the ENERGY WHEEL columns will Show in all ROOFTOP UNITS schedules. MECHANICAL SCHEDULES MSCHED Set and Maintain Company & Client Standards. Project Setup enables Engineers/Designers to Control Individual and Groups of Columns in the Schedules. Tab through the Boiler System, Air Handling, Air Equipment with Electrical, Plumbing and Heating Equipment to Control the Types of Columns in the Schedules.

MECHANICAL SCHEDULES MSCHED 150+ Industry Standard Schedules All Mechanical H.V.A.C and Plumbing Schedules are categorized for easy selection.

Tabs allow easy navigation through equipment with numerous components. The tabs indicated in the schedule are determined upon the options selected in the Project Setup and established in MFACTOR. Easily Navigate through Multi-Component Equipment Schedules! MECHANICAL SCHEDULES MSCHED Evaluate and quickly Process the Shop Drawings in each project. Track Shop Drawings

This tool allows designers and engineers to automatically size AHU, VAV, and REHEAT COILS. It also provides the calculated values to size other Cooling and Heating Coils. Based on the Room Area and Number of People, the Outside Air Calculator determines the Calculated Heat Coil (GPM), Diversified Load (GPM), GPM Diversity (%),Tons, CFM/Person, OA CFM / Person, and other automatic calculations. Outside Air Calculator MECHANICAL SCHEDULES MSCHED

Sample: Printed Panelboard Schedule CAD ESCHED & MSCHED Use the Menu or Toolbar to Insert, Update, Update All, Compare, or Delete any Schedule in your Construction Drawings! AutoCAD ® or MicroStation ® Sample Schedules in CAD Insert Update Compare Delete Update All Control the Layers, Colors, Weights, Scale, Text Height, Text Width, Font and Line Spacing for the Schedules in your CAD drawings!

Additional Information ESCHED & MSCHED Allows individuals on your network to share licenses. Track license usage. License Management Check-in/Check-out Allows engineers/designers to check-out individual or multiple schedules and work on them in a remote location. This feature requires an additional license. Creating and Managing Individual Projects The software creates a project list unique for each individual. This enables them to quickly navigate between multiple projects. System Requirements Windows 98, NT 4.1, 2000 or XP Operating System. Pentium or compatible processor (400 MHz or higher). 32 MB of available RAM. 30 MB server space. Workstation disk space varies per each software package.
