Helpful Tips Report major program activities as soon as possible. Create a date & time on your calendar to update GaCounts. Take advantage of summary reports. Use a program sign in sheet, office communication log, calendar and other tools. Negotiate who will enter report and add collaborators before the event begins. GaCounts 3.0 help page &

Collaborators Adding After successfully submitting a report, click on edit (located next to Collaborators). Then choose the collaborator from the 'Add a Collaborator' drop down.
