Dispense to Accumulation Report ©2013 Walgreen Co. All rights reserved. 13 The Dispense to Accumulation report is a date range selectable view of what products are accumulating to a full package size for ordering. Once a full package size of a particular NDC-11 item that has been sold, the system will trigger an order. It is important to note that the pharmacies can work together to reach a full package size. Walgreens is able to track which pharmacy is dispensing what medication and maintain accurate counts and inventory across the board.

Dispense to Receipt Report The Dispense to Receipt report tracks the orders that have been placed against the orders that have been received and also to the Walgreens Rx number associated with that medication. This report will help maintain accurate counts for the inventory replenishment of the program. ©2013 Walgreen Co. All rights reserved. 14

Purchasing Activity Report ©2013 Walgreen Co. All rights reserved. 15 The Purchasing Activity report tracks the orders that have been placed to the wholesaler at a summary level and a details level. This report will track the pending orders and received orders for the program.

Patient Details Report The Patient Details report is another way to track what prescriptions have been sold under the program. The system gathers data at the point of sale and feeds it into the reporting tool on a daily basis. ©2013 Walgreen Co. All rights reserved. 16
