To pre-qualify a customer fill in the application and submit Accurately complete all customer information Check terms box Submit the application How long the customer has resided at this address

The Credit Check will be completed Select to continue or Cancel and choose reason

After pre-qualification approval the demographics will be pre- populated on the application form

Adding a New Customer Select the Add New Customer button Complete all appropriate information When the application is complete select the Submit Application button The credit verification and application will go into processing

Will default to next closest bill cycle date Accurately complete all customer information How long the customer has resided at this location

Select contract length Choose appropriate rate plan and minutes Select optional features 1-5 lines may be added Add equipment and sim for each line Check for handset Protection Select the home calling area Choose a number from the list of number options listed Or populate w/a requested number Monthly Service Plan total Choose current promotion

New Customer Status Select the New Customer Status button to view the status of current applications This will provide: Order Date Process Stage Credit Status Process Status

If a deposit is required and the Customer is going to pay the amount First select the box next to accept deposit And then select the Accept deposit box If a deposit is not required the order will go to processing And then be completed

Existing Customer Functions Select the View/Maintain Account button on the main menu screen Existing customer

Enter the type of search Search Criteria Search

Security Information Before viewing an account an account password must have been created thru Union Customer Care If the password has been set up you will be able to view the customer account with the correct password or verification information If the password has not been set up you will need to have the customer contact Union Customer Care to set up a password using appropriate identity verification or fax password form to Care after you have verified identification.

Select if appropriate customer

Searching by name results If the customer has not previously added their security information you will not be able to access the account. Have them fill out the password form and fax it to Care

Select the Select button by the appropriate customer then enter the Customer Password

If the password does not match you will be prompted thru a verification question

If this verification question is answered incorrectly you will again be asked another verification question

If the second verification question is answered incorrectly the customer will need to contact Customer Service to have the password and questions reset w/security verification.

Make a credit card payment Add all pertinent information Then process payment Select payments

Updating Security Information Passwords need to be at least 6 characters long and at least One numerical character Update all change information Select Security Pick one question to answer on questions 1 and 2
