KY Evaluation/KY IEP/ KY Conference Summary

WYSIWYG Editors (Meeting Notes, Multi-Disciplinary Report, Progress Report) – as of today July 2015 you cannot copy & paste images or graphs. You can create graphs in the editor but not copy & paste. IC is working to correct this product wide, not just for KY. Information does not appear to pull to Enrollment Tab

Grades require Transition on the PLEP Solution: Check the Instruction box and type “NA due to preschool status” in the text field This will allow to you continue as well as lock the IEP.

The Primary Disability is not populating to print view in the header of the IEP. For now please write it in. Accommodations Determination Editor – Extended time should have a drop down box. Type – Time and a Half or Double Time

Primary Disability and Eligibility Determination Date show in the editors but are not pulling through to the Print version. None of the editors have been updated to match the editors in the new KY Eval. A ticket has been submitted asking for the updates. Please do not use the Do Not Print check boxes.

Not really an issue, but kind of weird/annoying SLD Eligibility check boxes print on the Initial ARC signature page Eligibility/continued Eligibility needs to be in Alphabetical Order Summary of Interventions say Title III instead Tier III

Locking Requirements appears to be different for some districts. This has been submitted to IC from myself and several districts. IC is working on it. ARC Decisions NOT needed for an Other Evaluation Validation to be removed Review of Existing Data AND Reevaluation Summary NOT needed for Reeval only for Review of Records Validation to be removed

An additional date field will be added to the Evaluation Editor so both the Planning meeting and the Eval meeting date can be recorded. Both will print on the header after the second meeting. It will look something like this:

The top portion of the Eligibility Determination Editor is mis-placed (see below) it goes with the Review of Existing Data
