Homework  Continue working on Cornell Notes chapter four reading and notes due today Friday October 11, 2013.

For tomorrow 10/020/13  MEL-Con, 2 paragraphs answer the question, “How did colonists create change?” (use evidence from today’s primary resources)

Aim  History CCSS: Synthesize multiple sources on the subject, demonstrating understanding of the subject under investigation  Writing : CCSS.ELA-Literacy.W b Develop claim(s) and counterclaims fairly, supplying evidence for each while pointing out the strengths and limitations of both in a manner that anticipates the audience’s knowledge level and concerns.

Document Analysis Primary resources? Jigsaw 40 minutes  You will be assigned ONE primary resource to be an expert on, complete a document analysis for your document only! 15 minutes  Next share out what you read with the group you are the teacher, highlight the important phrases at least 3 what they mean and ask for clarifying questions from your team. 25 minutes  While you are teaching your group will be marking the text. 25 minutes
