Project You will be assigned a poetic form to study. You will work in small groups to research your poetic forms and to create a presentation. You will teach your form to the class. Your presentations are due Friday, Nov. 8. You will have today and our next class period to work on them.
Step 1: Research your form Today, you will meet in poetic form groups. Each group will research the form: Your goal is to define the form AND To find an example of the form AND For each example to be DIFFERENT Notes: You need only one or two stanzas of the form In these groups, everyone is studying the SAME form.
Step 2: Create presentations During our next class period, you will meet in your groups by COLOR Note: in these groups, everyone has studied a DIFFERENT form. You will be the EXPERT in your group about your form. Each group will create a presentation. Together the presentations will cover all the poetic forms.
