 The following slides will provide a synopsis of comments received from members in each area of the strategy. Survey results

 We need more businesses as partners/sponsors  Partnership with Keystone (like) is good but not to the detriment of TTB relationship  Can’t move away from TTB  Need greater relationship with City/PRRA  Better relationship with Birch Mountain Sports (BMS)  Local schools (school board)  Refocusing partnerships/sponsorships from racing to recreational cycling  Make sure JYD supports the local businesses Partners/ Stakeholders

 Opportunity to partner with other sport organizations such as Portage Minor Hockey Partners/ Stakeholders

 Seem to be moving away from being a racing club  Not enough riders, need more time trials  Promote biking at work/school and support the construction of bike trails  Teach kids through school programs how to ride  Stay focus on recreational riding  Create a social media network to link JYD to other PlaP riders  Use website vs blog…better website! Internal Process

 Need a communication volunteer on the board  Invite media to certain JYD meetings  Need to increase JYD fee structure  Fund raising rides  Birch is 2 hours away need a closer alternative Internal Process
