FOLLOW THE HEIRS (to follow the money) In the end of 2007 VG and E24 conducted a data-intensive and extensive documentation of the close links between the heirs to the 400 largest fortunes in Norway. The computer-assisted research formed the basis for a series of articles uncovering close connections within a self- preserving elite. The underlying network database was presented to the readers to prove the validity of the findings. The database was made clickable and interactive.
