Conclusions Awareness is low due to the location of the inn. Also, the weathered signs located on Route 202 and 119 are not visible to the common traveler. Majority of the business was facilitated by word of mouth and the internet. Newspaper Ads were the least effective method of advertising. Service, Dining, and Accommodations were sufficient. However, Professionalism should be improved. Dining and Outdoor activities attracted the most customers.

Recommendations The Woodbound Inn should have more research conducted and further investigate its market. More advertisements in the area of fliers or brochures. Coupons that offer a promotional deal to the consumer often increase sales and public awareness. More accommodations and services should be provided by the Inn in order to fully accommodate any high maintenance customer or groups. Professionalism should be increased in order to create a more satisfies customer. The Inn’s sign located on Route 119 on 202 should be more visible to the common traveler.

THANK YOU FOR YOUR ATTENTION Any Questions?
