Parallelism/Parallel Structure is about: Balance It is used in sentences where there are lists of two or more words, phrases, or clauses. Each part of the list must be the same.

Examples Of Parallel Structured Sentences I resolve to lose weight, to study more, watching less television. A consumer group rates my car as noisy, expensive, and not having much safety. Lola likes wearing soft sweaters, eating exotic foods, and to bathe in scented bath oil. Single life offers more freedom of choice; more security is offered by marriage.
