Remote Access Survey, Dec –86% of respondents supported development of eLearning –Only 31% had attended an on-line course Making training more widely accessible – across time zones and geographic boundaries Complementing face-to-face training –On-line pre-requisite module frees up face-to-face training sessions –Trainers can dedicate more time to more advanced and practical skills training –The creation of simulations where technologies are not available for training
