Navigation – Recreation – Wildlife Mitigation OVERVIEW Primary Purpose: To introduce the Disposal Area Management Application (DAMA). What is it? DAMA is a business tool developed to improve and modernize the business process of managing disposal areas on the Tennessee-Tombigbee Waterway. So, what? The same decision making criteria can be applied to managing sediment after a hurricane, including the beneficial use of dredged material. Primary Purpose: To introduce the Disposal Area Management Application (DAMA). What is it?
