Recycling makes a difference – by utilising a resource again & again. Segregated recycling is economically sustainable in the world wide markets. We can also guarantee the life cycle flow to the processing mill, demonstrating the process. Landfill Regulations Pre-Treatment of waste came into force Meaning all waste producers must pre-treat their waste in conjunction with their responsibility under the Duty of Care regulations. The easiest solution for most companies is to recycle. Why Recycle ? Protect the environment for our Future Landfill Tax- Potentially reduce your waste disposal costs by 50% +. As Landfill tax currently at £24.00/t is set to increase by £8.00 per tonne each, plus collection & landfill operational costs.

Utilising existing transport logistics and reducing the carbon footprint. The recyclable material is then taken back to one of our depots throughout the Southwest for baling, or direct to UK Mills Perrys arrange collection, or exchange of compactor bin or trailer from customer Cardboard & polythene are baled into mill size bales or compacted into 5 to 20 tonne loads.

Completing the Cycle Office waste paper, is processed at one of our depots into 25 tonne loads. These are then transported to mills such as M-Real for recycling into the Evolve range of printing papers. This recycling loop can be completed by purchasing this paper for your printers, photo-copiers & fax machines. To complete this cycle contact your stationary supplier, who will be able to quote you for this popular product.

Educational posters for staff Establishing a recycling system in the office is the first step. Although once established, maintaining this level of staff participation can only be helped with recycling posters. These posters can be displayed throughout the office environment on notice boards and in canteens etc. This helps to promote the need for recycling, as well as reducing the company’s waste disposal costs.
