Our Mission in Tijuana, Mexico. Anyone, Anytime, Anywhere. Iglesia Presbiteriana El Refugio exists to ignite a Kairos movement, enabling us to fill the cities of Chula Vista, CA and Tijuana, Mexico with the Gospel of Jesus Christ We want to ensure that the people of these cities are changed in every dimension – Spiritually, socially, and culturally The church needs to intentionally reach, train, and deploy men and women who will be equipped to deal with the changing ‘face of missions’ in our own backyard

Domestic Mission in Tijuana, Mexico. The next three years (2013 – 2016) Church Planter/ Iglesia El Refugio –Establish Mission trips with youth groups in Tijuana, Mexico –Evangelistic Events every two months –Mercy Ministry In The Border (Principal component. All of Tijuana – Current population of approximately 2,500,000 –Our goal is for the Iglesia Presbiteriana El Refugio in the Border to plant another churches in next four years

Basic Strategy To Reach Desired Scenario Tijuana, Mexico Tight alliance of Hispanic churches in the Border –15 congregations –10 sites –Each with grace renewal dynamics Alliance of like-minded churches –3 church sites –Tijuana region –Gospel and city positive –Prayer, conferences, training, evangelist events Regional resources – Assessing, training, funding, coaching and teaching. –Hope for Tijuana (Reach people that will volunteer in Mercy Ministries –Theological/ Evangelistic Training Center

Hispanic Vision needs: We need to raise $4500 a month budget to get this project established. Our goal is for the Iglesia Presbiteriana El Refugio in the Border to plant another churches in next four years As we are able, and through God’s grace we will move forward to building the bridge that divides two countries. Nehemiah 2:18. We are also, as you may be, actively praying for two additional Hispanic husband and wife teams to come along side this ministry. One for Preaching/Teaching and another for Christian Education.
