Dr. Kent D. Peterson Professor in the Department of Educational Administration at the University of Wisconsin-Madison Founding director of the Vanderbilt Principals Institute and the Principals Leadership Institute at Wisconsin. In addition to the books he has coauthored with Terrence Deal, he has published over 90 other studies and articles. Expert on principals and school culture Helps principals understand their leading role in the culture and reform of their schools Dr. Peterson earned his B.A. at Amherst college, his M.A. at Temple University, and his PH.D. at the University of Chicago
