Parental allowance supplement - wage earners Agreement between the Confederation of Swedish Enterprise and the Swedish Trade Union Confederation Applies from 01/01/2014 Remuneration in connection with parental leave Qualifying period months. A remuneration period until the child is 18 months old. 10% of SGI (sickness benefit) up to 10 price base amounts Föräldrapenningtillägg (FPT) 2 AFA Insurance administers and pays out the remuneration

Qualifying period Föräldrapenningtillägg (FPT) 3 Conditions Have been employed for at least 12 months on the birth/adoption of the child Employment with one or more employers who have been bound by the insurance within a reference period of four years The qualifying period is not included Absence from employment in excess of 6 months in succession Exceptions - illness, occupational injury, full leave with salary, full leave according to the parental leave law

FPT - does not apply in the case of Temporary parental allowance ("father days") Temporary parental allowance in the case of leave for child care Those who are unemployed Föräldrapenningtillägg (FPT)
