Speaker Bios Rob Mitchell, President of Sales at Castle Medical Rob is responsible for the leadership of over 100 sales employees at Castle Medical, Inc. Castle is a progressive company that puts the needs of their clients first with the goal of strategically aligning with physicians and their practices by introducing productive tools for modern medicine. Rob’s entrepreneurial drive has played a key role in the company’s significant growth. Previously, Rob founded and built Coastal Disaster Solutions, which became a multi-million dollar company within a year of inception. He successfully negotiated the contract for BP’s Project Deep Water Horizon clean-up effort. Rob is also is the President at a non-profit organization, Giving Hands, Inc., raising awareness and funds to support research for child born with limb differences. Dr. Charlie Miraglia, Chief Medical Officer at hc1.com For nearly 30 years Dr. Charlie Miraglia has enjoyed making significant contributions to the academic, clinical and business missions of a diverse group of healthcare organizations. His research background includes a variety of basic science and clinical projects at McGill University, the Wistar Institute and Duke University, where he received a M.S. degree in Pathology. Charlie attended Wake Forest University to earn his M.D. degree and trained in Clinical Pathology and Transfusion Medicine at the University of Virginia. Since the early 90s he has served as a Director of Transfusion Services and Pathology Department Head for Methodist Hospital of Indiana, the Director of Labs and Associate Professor of Pathology at Indiana University Health, the CEO of PA Labs in Indiana, and as Chief Medical Officer for Sonic Healthcare USA. He is currently serving as Chief Medical Officer for hc1.com in Indianapolis.
