Online Programs *Increased online degree programs and certificates from 2 to 18 (15 Undergraduate and 3 Graduate) *In 2013, online and hybrid accounted for 29.9% of all SCH at UHD. Established Centers: Center for Student Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion; Center for Critical Race Studies, and Center for Public Service and Family Strengths (Service Learning, Civic Engagement). Launching Center for Teaching and Learning Excellence. Initiating Honors Program. Increased Global Learning opportunities with faculty led courses in other countries. 7

Buffalo Bayou Service Project as part of Global Youth Service Day with the Buffalo Bayou Partnership, Harmony Public Charter Schools, UHD Undergraduate Research Day, and High Impact Practices Showcase. Secured NEA funding for the ‘Big Read’ (2014) with City of Houston, HISD, Harmony Charter Schools, the Houston Center for Literacy, and the Barbara Bush Foundation for Family Literacy. 10
