Requirements for managers: Ability to effectively manage themselves and their time. Ability to clarify their personal values. The ability to clearly define the purpose of the work as well as their own goals. Leader himself must support its own growth and development. The ability to solve problems quickly and efficiently. The manager must be creative and able to flexibly implement change. Learn the different approaches with respect to their subordinates. Skillful use of human resources. Ability to help others quickly learn new techniques and learn practical skills. Be able to design and develop the group.

By personality manager should first include communication skills, charm, kindness and equanimity. With particular importance to communicate, that is, ability to communicate.
