If you send your newsletter electronically then simply save it as a PDF and email it to parents or upload it to your website. The templates are 8.5” by 11”. This product is an editable PowerPoint file. Only the text is editable, you cannot edit the graphics. You must have PowerPoint installed on your computer in order to edit the file. The font used in this set is KG What the Teacher Wants. I have embedded this font in the PowerPoint file for PC users. Mac users will need to download and install the font if you want to use it. You can download it here. To Edit: Click on any text and then delete it. Type in your text. You can also change the font, the font size, the font color if you like. To Print: Be sure to set your printer settings to “Fit to Page. If printing in grayscale, set your printer to “Grayscale” or “Black and White” printing.
