An industry based work experience Must be part of a two-year CTE program that includes a standards-based capstone or culminating experience in the students career pathway and: Involves a minimum of 10 hours per week for one semester or a minimum of 140 hours over a full school year, Is developed through an education/training agreement based on the standards, Includes a portfolio that documents the students work and reflections on what has been learned, Incorporates related theory instruction and on the job training.
