Project Concept: Fusion GPS Externalization Pilot Problem/Opportunity – Externalize our patterns and guidelines so that customers can use them when extending their Oracle products or partnering with Oracle on development – Before we do this we need to understand How customers will use them How useful they are to customers What they will need to be successful What we would have to provide to make this work Solution – Run a pilot with customers who are in the process of extending their Oracle products

How do you use them? How useful are they? – UX Team’s feedback – Our assessment of design – End user feedback on design What do you need to be successful? – What information is missing? – What type of training/support do you need to use the information? – Would additional design or usability support be useful? What do we need to provide to make this work?
