Company History Downloadable Tunes was setup in the summer of 2007 We allow customers to download tunes from the internet legally We are cheaper that other music website and provide a much better service We have special offers each month to help attract new customers

The Company Style Downloadable Tunes has a house style, this style includes the following colours –Black –White Text must use the MS Reference Sans Serif font and be black in colour The company logo should appear on all documents

Newsletters, Poster & Letter Head Downloadable Tunes has a number of paper based documents that are used to communicate with customers A Newsletter – This is used to provide latest music news information to customers A Poster – Used to promote the special offer Letter Head – used to communicate with customers using a consistent style

The Spreadsheet System The spreadsheet system allows Downloadable Tunes to monitor its profit and loss. Users add details of their sales and expenditure and see their over all profit. It is easy to update and maintain. Can be expanded to include graphs and charts to have a visual view of profit and loss

The Database System The database system contains details of customer details. It can be used to monitor the number of customers who use the service It can also be used send letter to specific customers using mail merge.
