CRM Contact Center Items  Admin – software setup and maintenance items – normally hidden for users  Back Office:  Views of Visual Manufacturing information are indicated by blue triangles  Shortcuts to Visual Manufacturing modules are indicated with green arrows and use a Visual license when followed
