Data and Assessment Planning Healthy Schools Leadership Program Spring, 2006

Purpose What information is needed to develop an achievable action plan for coordinated school health? What information is needed to accurately evaluate the implementation and effectiveness of a coordinated school health action plan?

School Improvement Planning What are our collective experiences? What is our familiarity with the process? How do we see SIP relating to our efforts in the Healthy School Leadership Program?
