We can host it on our District website and link it to our school’s homepage.  Perkin’s Grant funding can assist our staff with training (Release time for substitute teachers & conference costs)  Cal State LA’s “Moodle in a Day” WorkshopsMoodle in a Day

 Poor student attendance due to illness, work, family transportation conflicts, and other personal issues.  Teacher-Student-Family conflicts that impact course success and/or graduation.  Course sequencing conflicts and courses not offered that restrict college entrance.

 Academic Year technology courses at Ortega High School (Entrepreneurship Pathway)  Business Computers  Accounting  Career Education  MS Office Specialist  Virtual Enterprise

This year our Virtual Enterprise Team used Moodle when they prepared for the YEP business plan presentation during the Quarter Two. It was an effective way to expose each student to the various components on a professional business plan at their own pace.

Check out our students winning 3 rd Place and $300...they were also invited to UCLA to participate in the ECHO business competition in March.

 District Restrictions  Compatibility Concerns  Lack of Student Access and/or Participation  Moodle Website Issues  Staff Resistance to Change
