Slowly begin to drizzle in the oil, little by little, while constantly whisking. When all the oil is used and the sauce begins to thicken, it is ready to serve. Your mayonnaise is now ready.Try it on salads, burgers, cold meats and fried chips. It can’t be frozen but will keep up to three days in the fridge.
