The Process Step 1 Quoting Chubb sales person confirms with a customer: Which bundle they would like Do they need any additional equipment? Step 2 Contact You let us know: Which bundle the customer has chosen Customer contact details Step 3 Tower We will: Contact the customer for further details Secure the finance Provide the Chubb sales person with an update once finance is in place Send the lease agreement to the customer to be signed

The Process Step 4 Agreement Once the signed agreement is with us we will: Issue Chubb with a Purchase Order Update the Chubb sales person Step 5 Install Chubb installs the equipment Chubb provides Tower with an invoice Step 6 Payment We will: Issue a Certificate of Delivery to the customer for them to sign and send back Once we have this back we will process the paperwork and pay Chubb
