VOCABULARY ENERGY - the capacity for movement or the ability to cause movement HEAT- energy transferred between substances of different temperatures TEMPERATURE - a measure of the average kinetic energy of the molecules of a substance

VOCABULARY Yeast - a single-celled fungi that obtains energy to live and reproduce by digesting sugar

Fermentation - the process of digesting sugar and producing CO2 Sucrose + Water Ethanol + Carbon dioxide + Energy
