Diabetes is a disease where the concentration of glucose in the blood is not controlled properly by the body. Type 1 Type 2 This is when your pancreas does not produce enough insulin. This can lead to high levels of glucose in the blood, which can be fatal. Can not be cured as it is genetic. This is due to obesity and how eating fat food can cause diabetes type 2. It can be cured if enough exercise and healthy eating is done.

There are a range of different activities for different age groups for example, young people might be more interested in more energetic activities such as; swimming, ice skating, surfing, running, roller blading, etc, where as elderly people may like slow walks through the park or a variety of board games.
