3 Internationalisation at Macquarie Definition The process of integrating an international and inter-cultural dimension into the teaching, research and services of Macquarie University.

4 Objectives and Strategies Internationalisation operates at the Student, Curriculum, Staff and Research levels with key objectives and measurable outcomes for three strategies: Incorporating inter-cultural and global perspectives into research, learning and teaching activities and community service engagement; Enhancing and ensuring the quality of educational activities and strategic partnerships; and Diversifying recruitment, curricula and student experience.
