 What are the MOST important factors in the INDOOR safety of children? Does it depend upon the age and maturity of the child(ren)?  What are the MOST important factors in the OUTDOOR safety of children?  What can you control and what is out of your control?  Specifically, what tactics do you use to make sure the environment is safe?

An “ideal child care” facility:  Low teacher to student ratios  Developmentally appropriate practices  Posted emergency plans  Written policies and procedures  100% SAFE! How can you create this?
