Food Pyramid  What do you like to eat?  Do you like to make healthy choices that give you energy?  Or, do you make poor choices because they taste good?

Statistics About Obesity BBBBetween 34 and 38 percent of Alabama children from ages 10 to 17 are in the overweight or obese category. 333340,000 Alabama children weigh too much and 172,000 are obese. OOOOverweight children have a 70% chance of becoming obese adults.
