Michael Rounds will be forever remembered for his contributions toward No Child Left Behind (NCLB). He has changed the lives of many struggling children. He is continually working toward making South Dakota a better place to live and raise a family. With the help of Mike, many young adults are able to get the funding and guidance they need to attend college and find a job in South Dakota. He is giving adolescents the chance to help out the community they grew up in.
