About the Portal Take control of your HR and Payroll information! Home: Agency forms (Benefits, Payroll, Miscellaneous) and Agency Polices/Guidelines can be viewed and downloaded. Personal Information: Change your address and other contact information, view and update emergency contact information. Pay & Taxes: Set up or change direct deposit, view and print your current and prior paystubs, view and print copies of your W-2’s, and change your tax withholding information Career: Add or edit your professional licenses and certifications, education, and skills. 10/9/2015 3
How to Access the HR/Payroll Portal 10/9/ Open the following link: Click on the “First Time Users Register Here” link Click the “Register Now” button Enter your Registration Pass Code: omnicom-group Follow prompts to add your proof of identity (i.e., name, Social Security number, birthdate), -address, and security information (Note: Social Security number and birthdate are only used to be matched up to your employee information stored in the HR database for authentication purposes, and are not stored on this portal) You will then be assigned a User ID and prompted to create a unique password The registration process is now complete! You are ready to log on and start using the site

Changing Your Address 10/9/ Once done editing, click Save to save changes Go to Personal Information Tab & click Edit at the bottom of the page to change your address
Updating Your Emergency Contacts 10/9/ Once you have entered the information, click Save 1. Click on underlined contact to update or Add New to add an additional contact
Adding Career Information 10/9/ Go to Career Tab to update Education, Languages & Licenses/Certificates Information Click Add New in each category to enter your information
Managing Your Taxes 10/9/ Fill in tax information and click Save 1. Click underlined tax type to change tax information
Viewing Your Pay Information 10/9/ View your selected pay information 1. Click underlined pay statement to take you to the ADP iPay Statements site
Managing Your Direct Deposit 10/9/ Fill in direct deposit information and click Save 1. Click underlined direct deposit type to update or Add New to add an additional direct deposit
Additional Information on Direct Deposit The account prefixed with an asterisk receives any remaining net pay should all money not be allocated Direct deposit amounts can only be flat dollar Up to three checking accounts and three saving accounts can be included 10/9/
