Housekeeping Test Hound, Google Forms, STAAR ALT2 and other tidbits

Test Hound  Logging in: Safe site warning…   I have ed Technology regarding this error. How to bypass for now:  Click Advanced  Click Proceed Anyway  Special Programs Center – Tracking documents  USE Test Hound!!!  Set up SPC as a room (add a room), assign students there. It will print you a Materials Control form to use with tracking (if SPC keeps the booklets more than one day, just note that on the Materials Control form for your records as an ‘in and out’.)

Test Hound cont.  Receiving Additional Material from District Office:  Once your materials arrive, you will come pick them up from the Assessment office.  You will verify the materials there and scan them into your inventory using our scanners. :-)  Materials  Inventory  Transfers  Accept Transfers  Follow Prompts  Repeat  Test Hound Manual  Should be updated SOON!!!

Google Forms  Reminder: You MUST log in using your NISD credentials. If you cannot access a form, please check your log-in.  What is on Google Forms?  AMRs  Headphone Request (STAAR L, STAAR A…)  MUST use covers provided (do not return used covers)  All Headphones must be returned at secure materials check-in 

STAAR ALT2  When will we Check-In Materials and What do I bring??  Check-in will be next week (i.e. look for an Monday morning to set up times). Other Tidbits  TEA potential Calendar Change:  SSI Subjects and ELA/Writing remain the same (Late March)  All other EOCs remain the same (1 st week of May)  All other 3-8 MOVE to 2 nd week of May  THOUGHT? Initial Reaction? Best for students?  Test Administrator Manuals  Should arrive Thursday or Friday on your campus!  Use an AMR to request more. Please request additional ASAP.
