Treat each other with RESPECT!!! We will be analyzing and discussing sensitive topics dealing with a wide array of human behaviors and emotions. What is funny to you may be incredibly painful to the person next to you!!! We will support each other!
How you will be assessed?
Internal Assessment undertake and report a replication of a simple experimental study. 25% of your IB grade (SL) 20% of your IB grade (HL) External assessment Consists of two exams (they call them papers) HL students must do a 3 rd exam (paper) on research methods.
External Assessment Paper 1 2 hours On the three levels of analysis. Section A: Three compulsory questions (one from each level) Section B: Three questions (you pick one) and answer in essay form. 50% of IB grade (SL) 35% of IB grade (HL) Paper 2 1 hour Students given 15 questions on other topics in psychology. SL students pick 1 and answer in essay form. HL students pick 2. 25% of IB grade (SL and HL)
