PROJECT PHOTOGRAPHS November 2013 Goodnoe Elementary School – Additions and Renovations August-Demolition of all modular classroom units. August-U.S. Roofing staging for Phase I of the roof replacement. August-Preparation of subgrade for stepped foundations at new classrooms

PROJECT PHOTOGRAPHS November 2013 Goodnoe Elementary School – Additions and Renovations August-Approval of submittals and the delivery of the reinforcing bars. August-Trenching, placement of reinforcing, insp. of of trench bottoms, reinforcing and concrete.

PROJECT PHOTOGRAPHS November 2013 Goodnoe Elementary School – Additions and Renovations Concrete slab on grade construction is complete. Structural steel delivered to site early NOV13.

PROJECT PHOTOGRAPHS November 2013 Goodnoe Elementary School – Additions and Renovations Early stage of column and perimeter beam placement. Detailing, testing and placement of roof deck moved rapidly. Erector worked double shift to expedite the installation.

PROJECT PHOTOGRAPHS November 2013 Goodnoe Elementary School – Additions and Renovations Metal stud installation closely followed the sequencing of the structural steel erection in an effort to complete the exterior walls. MEP infrastructure is being installed beneath the new roof deck.

PROJECT PHOTOGRAPHS November 2013 Goodnoe Elementary School – Additions and Renovations Parapet construction and exterior sheathing installation is following the metal stud installations. The new roof system is scheduled for installation the week of 25NOV13.

PROJECT PHOTOGRAPHS November 2013 Goodnoe Elementary School – Additions and Renovations The installation of the water barrier and masonry ties are following the sheathing installation. The brick veneer installation has commenced and is following behind the other trades. Window installations are planned for the week of 02DEC13.

PROJECT PHOTOGRAPHS November 2013 Goodnoe Elementary School – Additions and Renovations Interior metal stud partitions, door frames, MEP rough-ins, etc. are moving quickly. New ADA ramp and stairs ready for finished floor systems. Structural bracing at exterior wall construction.

PROJECT PHOTOGRAPHS November 2013 Goodnoe Elementary School – Additions and Renovations Brick veneer construction. Through-wall flashing systems properly extended past face of brick veneer. Through-wall flashing systems properly turned up in cavity space with water barrier lapped over the vertical leg.
