Buildings - from natural materials because of the impact on the environment and energy conservation. Employees - clothes made of natural materials. Each employee has a "smart" clock in which is a virtual computer. Employees also communicate with management, monitor weather and market conditions. Storehouse - underground (studies have shown that the food preservation in the underground chambers is the best). When there is drought, the roof opens and creates "informatics" rain that is collected from a natural spring and fall naturally to the ground. Plantations are covered by "mini" roofs, which can be opened in order to protect from the weather and also serves to collect water from a nearby spring. We do not use irrigation, as it is considered a primitive way of life.

information technology robotization Since the entire world revolves around information technology we have focused on traditional production. In a world dominated robotization. All are based on the robotic work which is controlled from a remote point.

TALENTS We - the employees get to work and own the land where they implement their ideas that they may present to the administration World - work from remote areas and flexible working hours

LEVEL 2 LEVEL 1 theory simulation Training is carried out at two levels. The first level is theory (basic concepts, culture), and the second part is a field work simulation.

Theoretical knowledge of agriculture and vegetables IT knowledge of informatics rain Teamwork Knowledge about weather, climate, soil Children and students who have been in our firm for many years, from an early age develop the necessary knowledge, skills and competencies that are needed to work in our company.

Within the company we have a "mini" land where the children of our employees learn about agriculture on real examples. Small children play through creating plantations. We take care of the children when they grow up, and we give them the possibility of upgrading their knowledge.

There is cooperation among the participants. Small children have a "mini" planters and monitor which help them. Learners begin working on real examples and helping younger children. Learners are given information by students and they specialize in certain areas!
