Weekly training sessions that include improving skills, fitness and team building Trials and Selection process, Good knowledge of the rules and Embrace the Spirit of Cricket Compete in the VMCU Carnival Avoid and reduce injuries, makes sure the players are able to compete to the best of their capability across all levels. Make sure the boys are integrated into the cricket clubs and that they have commitment and support for their academic,social and cultural growth. Everyone is included and valued as a player or volunteer for their contribution. Encourage the boys to take on leadership responsibilities and actively demonstrate the qualities
