Traditional Face-to-Face Training One-to-many in a classroom – Classroom lectures combined with Practical exercises – Case studies – Games – Other activities

Traditional Face-to-Face Training (contd.) One-to-one coaching – Personalised coaching for senior executives on Advanced topics in their functional domain

E-Learning Mode Over the Internet – Real time virtual mode (subject to technical feasibility) Faculty and Participants in different locations – All participants in the same classroom – Participants spread in more than one location – Exclusive coaching for a single participant Computer Based Learning Modules – Over the internet or other video/audio media Custom developed as per needs of individual clients

Duration Traditional face-to-face format and over the internet modules – Whole day sessions – Short duration formats Short duration modules requiring just one session – 2 hour or 3 hour modules Short duration modules requiring more than one session spread over a few days – 2 hour or 3 hour modules Computer Based Learning Modules – Total duration split into convenient short modules of 20 to 30 minutes each
