Who We Are The Edna Martin Christian Center (EMCC) is a non-profit human service agency offering comprehensive family strengthening and self-sufficiency programs and services dedicated primarily to the families of the Martindale- Brightwood neighborhood Since 1941, EMCC has helped people reach their full potential in life by guiding them toward understanding their greater purpose and by encouraging them to share their experiences with others in a way that empowers people to break through barriers Our NEW Location is in 37 Place at 2605 E. 25 th Street

Mission The mission of the Edna Martin Christian Center is to bridge cultural, racial, and economic differences in order to support and nurture the people in the community by providing holistic programs that empower, encourage, and engender a vision of hope.
